In 1995 Ian Terry joined Malcolm Smith and became a partner in the business and in 1998 the firm acquired showroom premises at 100 Friar Lane, Nottingham and opened a second office in the historic Minster town of Southwell.
In the ensuing years some of the most valuable and interesting properties in the county were sold by the firm and the name ‘Smith and Partners’ became synonymous with country property sales and the many challenges of economic cycles, the advent of the internet and an ever-changing property landscape inspired Malcolm Smith and Ian Terry to lead the way in the country property market with their unique approach.
Today Malcolm and Ian, and their dedicated sales team, are relishing the challenge of driving Smith and Partners to the head of the field in 21st century estate agency…
