HALL FARM
A small ‘country estate’ offering a fine and substantial period house with a range of ancillary buildings arranged in courtyard formation, a substantial range of granary barns which has been converted into valuable office accommodation and a residential conversion generating an appreciable income and a block of mixed woodland.
The house stands overlooking a sheltered south facing part walled private garden, offering a spacious family home, particularly well suited to the large family having a substantial single storey east wing, with the potential for conversion to a self- contained annex – with relative ease.
The former dairy to the west side of the courtyard would be eminently suited for conversion into a leisure wing, or more sizeable relatives’ annex away from the main residence.
A third building within the grouping has been converted into a games room - party room heated by a freestanding high capacity woodburning stove, the room having connecting facilities, whilst the two-storey part of the grouping has been creatively converted into a duplex residential property. – see later notes on the buildings.
Within the cobble set courtyard there is ample vehicle turning/parking space, giving access into three large garages, one being an open bay garage close to the house, with an electric vehicle charging point.
